The Almond Hospitality Group is to inaugurate its fourth ‘Phnom Penh Uy Kuyteav’ – Phnom Penh Noodles – restaurant in the capital later this year.
Named after the signature noodle dish, the chain’s new franchised addition aims to further promote the Cambodian classic to foodies.
During an exclusive dinner at Yi Sang the Gardens restaurant in Tuol Kork on February 21, Minister of Commerce Pan Sorasak presented Almond CEO and Cambodian ‘Master Chef’ Luu Meng with a certificate of approval authorising the use of the name ‘Phnom Penh Noodles’. Photos Heng Chivoan
